Today, MC2 Saint Barth is a leading lifestyle holidaywear brand, offering collections from summer through winter.
MC2 Saint Barth is available through monobrand stores in some of the most prestigious locations in Italy and internationally, selected high-end multi-brand boutiques, department stores, and the brand’s e-commerce platform.

Qué buscamos

The candidate will work within the Graphic Design Department, supporting the Style Managers in the development of collections. They will be responsible for researching and developing graphics for licensed properties (e.g. Disney, Marvel, Peanuts) and co-branding projects.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Research and analysis of fashion trends and Style Guides
  • Creation of Moodboards and visual presentations
  • Development of graphics for all-over and placement prints using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Creation of photographic garment renderings, including photography, background removal, and color/pattern replacement using Photoshop
  • Support in the creation of seasonal catalogues, working closely with the entire Style & Graphic Design team
  • Management of the entire product approval process for licensed products, including the use of dedicated online platforms
  • Coordination of the various company departments involved in co-branding projects

Requisitos

  • The ideal candidate has:
  • An artistic and graphic design background, combined with a strong passion for and interest in fashion.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • The ability to effectively liaise with the Creative Manager and other departments, while following company guidelines and respecting roles and responsibilities, is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular aptitude for collaborating with the teams of licensing partners involved in product development and approval processes.
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders and specific requests, balancing the licensor’s requirements with the company’s needs and supporting decisions with clear and appropriate rationale.
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and follow-up skills, with the ability to monitor the entire approval process, ensuring ongoing communication, effective feedback management, and adherence to deadlines through to final approval.
